Lynnwood Place Residential Assisted Living is located in Mandeville, Louisiana, on the Northshore of Lake Ponchartrain in Greater New Orleans. A long-time vision of business partners and married couple, Lenny and Rachel Ledet, sought to create a warm, comfortable, and safe environment for seniors to reside in community. By providing 24-hour care to our residents in a residential home, we are able to provide a customized care plan with specialty menus and activities for our residents.
As a 25-year veteran of the healthcare industry, Lenny Ledet serves as the General Manager of Lynnwood Homes, providing patient oversight, financial management, and overall supervision of quality patient care.
As Business Consultant and Marketing Manager, Rachel Ledet works with the leadership team to support business functions and coordinate activities and outreach in the community.
A family of six, Lenny and Rachel are raising their four children in St. Tammany Parish, where they enjoy outdoor activities like boating, bike riding, and camping.
